APPLICATION
COMPLEX is an additive for sodium and potassium lye working solutions, giving them strong sequestering properties and improving the cleaning process efficiency. It is also recommended for mineral conditioning of process water. In tunnel pasteurizers and autoclaves, it prevents scale formation. It reduces the surface tension of cleaning solutions, shortens cleaning time, and facilitates an effective rinsing process.

It contains anti-foaming agents, reducing the formation of undesirable foam in the cleaning solution. It effectively neutralizes water hardness. It is also recommended for use in autoclaves to prevent deposits on jars and other packaging.

APPLICATION

ASIRAL KGM 1.3 is a low-foaming lubricant for conveyor belts designed for use in automatic dosing systems in the food industry. It exhibits exceptional tolerance to water hardness, preventing deposits in pipes and clogging of spray nozzles. It reduces the formation of slime on conveyors, helping to keep them clean. It has bacteriostatic properties and is characterized by a very low COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) index (180 mg O2/g), making it highly biodegradable. It does not cause glass corrosion.

Primarily intended for use in the food industry and agriculture. The preparation is chemically neutral and does not negatively affect the efficacy of biocidal agents.

Enzymatic Preparation for Maintaining Drainage System Efficiency

APPLICATION

DRAIN-ZYME is a non-foaming, mildly alkaline concentrated detergent designed for professional use in all food processing plants. It is based on a mixture of enzymes and surfactants and is dedicated to preventive soaking and occasional unclogging of drainage systems prone to organic residue buildup.

The product has high emulsifying, dispersing, and saponifying properties, making it effective in removing fat deposits in drain pipes, traps, sewer collectors, grease separators, septic tanks, etc. It accelerates the breakdown of fats into simple compounds, preventing unpleasant odors caused by decomposition processes. Additionally, it eliminates biofilms and prevents the formation of new ones with regular use.

DRAIN-ZYME is fully biodegradable and compatible with all types of materials, including aluminum and its alloys.
