APPLICATION
SOLVACIP 50 is a low-foaming, highly alkaline cleaning liquid designed for professional use in all food processing plants. It is dedicated to cleaning thermal process systems and other surfaces in contact with food and animal feed, especially surfaces covered with tar, soot, sinter, carbon deposits, and burnt residues, as well as closed circuits in contact with food and animal feed. It can be used for injector cleaning and degreasing of smoking chambers, bakery ovens, and convection-steam ovens. It is also suitable for use in floor scrubbing machines during deep cleaning processes.
