3. The recipients of the data include banks, tax authorities, notaries, courts, and entities through which we conduct our business activities, as necessary. No personal data will be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
4. Contractors’ data will be processed until the possibility of pursuing claims ceases or until the controller is no longer subject to legal obligations related to accounting—whichever occurs later. Data of entities interested in our offers will be processed within a reasonable time justified by their interest in our offers.
5. You have the right to request from the controller access to your data, the right to rectify, delete, or restrict its processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object. 6. A person whose data is being processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (PUODO) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates data protection regulations.
7. Data is not processed in a way that involves automated decision-making.
8. Providing personal data:
   – In the case of contractors’ data, including employees of contractors, it is a requirement for concluding a contract or a contractual requirement. Providing such data is mandatory only to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of presenting offers, proper contract execution, and handling settlements. Failure to provide such data may result in the contract not being concluded, terminated, or not executed, while in other cases, providing data is voluntary and entails no consequences.
   – In the case of data concerning entities interested in our offers, providing data is voluntary.
9. Personal data, including data of our contractors’ employees, may be obtained directly from contractors or entities interested in our offers. Personal data may also be obtained from other entities if the person whose data is processed has given their consent.
